Build is our solution tailored for the specific needs of the construction industry and general contractors.  It allows general contractors to develop a powerful web presence built around the concept of working closely with their customers, subcontractors and employees.  Customers have specific areas of a site setup for their projects where project plans, photographs and timelines can be shared.  Subcontractors can have access to project plans via our simple Internet Plan Room.  Employees can share project photographs with customers, interact together through our social networking mechanisms and consume information via a secure employee intranet.

Announcements and Blogs Keep your customers, subcontractors and employees up to date with important announcements through our Announcements module or via our blog platform.  Announcements and blogs will ensure that everyone receives time-sensitive information quickly.  
Send out reminders of when bids are due for a project, let people know when new architectural plans have been added.  The possibilities really are limitless.

 
Document Library Share important documents with staff, subcontractors, architects and superintendants with our document library.  You and your staff have the ability to upload files in many common formats (PDF, Microsoft Word/Excel, Text, RTF, etc.) into an area accessible to only those who you choose to give access. 
This feature allows your staff to work remotely at project sites while maintaining connections to the home office.
 
Internet Plan Room

An extension of our Document Library, the Internet Plan Room gives you and your staff an easy mechanism for sharing architectural diagrams, project plans and other critical documents easily without increasing your administrative overhead.

Comments and questions can be posted to documents by subcontractors and architects allowing for a seamless flow of information.
 

Message Boards Develop a sense of community with an integrated message forum allowing subcontractors to pose questions.  Implementation of this feature is a huge time saver for your staff since the amount of time answering questions on the phone will be dramatically reduced.
